As a Surface Experts Sales Representative, you will be trained to follow a proven process for finding and building customer relationships in property management and facilities maintenance .

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Meeting with 10-15 contacts a day.
• On-site visits , phone calls, and email follow-ups.
• In various industries, including Property Management , Multi-family, Hotels, Movers, Builders... etc.
• Educating on Surface Expert's capabilities and limitations.
• Enjoys working with people, earning trust, & building relationships.
• Memorizing sales scripts and role-playing practice.
• Documenting sales activities in CRM, from lead to work order and all steps in between.
• Gap Selling - Identify the source of the customer’s problem, evaluate the cost of that problem, and work together to find a solution to fill the gap.
• Reporting accurately and daily.
• Curious to learn and understand the problems our customers face.
• Continuous Improvement in finding new ways to create value for our customers.

Required Qualifications :

• Positive attitude and thick-skinned.
• Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic.
• Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales process.
• 2 years' experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of success.
• Strong presentation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.

Preferred Skills :

• General working knowledge of property management or facilities maintenance.
• Experience working while being on the go.
• Experience working in base commission environment.
• Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies.
